We hope you will join the Tanner Foundation for our Annual Symposium "A Patient Centered Approach to Complex Neurological Conditions during a Pandemic and Beyond". This year's Symposium will be Virtual only and over three days. The dates are November 8, 9, and 10 from 4:00 p.m.- 6:00 p.m. CST. We will offer 5-6 CEU hours for this symposium and the cost per registrant is $30. Thank you to Care Patrol for providing our CEU hours. Patients and caregivers are free. These will done through Zoom.

The Zoom details will be emailed out to all registrants the Sunday before the sessions, and at the end of the 3 sessions we will send out the certification for the CEU hours. Goody bags will be offered and can be picked up on November 4 and 5.
